Zach Stout
Chief Financial Officer & Chief Compliance Officer
Mr. Stout oversees business operations, risk, and compliance at Criterion. Zach has extensive accounting and investment industry experience. Prior to joining Criterion in 2004, Zach was a senior consultant with Ernst & Young in the Asset Management Group. In this capacity, he delivered consulting and auditing services to leading hedge fund clients. He received a BS in Management from Brigham Young University and graduated magna cum laude with a MS in Accountancy from the University of Notre Dame.
Hillary Dwight
Director of Compliance
Ms. Dwight is responsible for compliance for Criterion. Hillary graduated magna cum laude with a BA in Psychology & Anthropology from the University of Notre Dame. Hillary joined Criterion in 2003.
Jessa Cook
Compliance Analyst
Ms. Cook joined Criterion in 2010. Jessa works alongside Hillary Dwight in Compliance and additionally assists Criterion’s Investor Relations team. Jessa graduated magna cum laude from Arizona State University in the spring of 2009 where she received her BIS in Business and Communication.
Matt Perona
Controller
Mr. Perona is responsible for accounting and operations for Criterion. Prior to joining Criterion in 2012, Matt was the controller of Meetinghouse LLC, a private equity investment manager; prior to Meetinghouse, Matt was an audit senior at PricewaterhouseCoopers where his clients included various investment structures, including hedge funds. He received a BS in Accounting and an MS in Accountancy from Brigham Young University.
Cortney Smith
Senior Fund Accountant
Mr. Smith is responsible for accounting and operations for Criterion. Cortney’s previous experience includes auditing hedge funds as an audit senior at Rothstein Kass. Cortney received a BS in Accounting from Brigham Young University. Cortney joined Criterion in 2012.
