Zach Stout
Chief Financial Officer & Chief Compliance Officer
Mr. Stout oversees business operations, risk, and compliance at Criterion. Zach has extensive accounting and investment industry experience. Prior to joining Criterion in 2004, Zach was a senior consultant with Ernst & Young in the Asset Management Group. In this capacity, he delivered consulting and auditing services to leading hedge fund clients. He received a BS in Management from Brigham Young University and graduated magna cum laude with a MS in Accountancy from the University of Notre Dame.
Hillary Dwight
Director of Compliance
Ms. Dwight is responsible for compliance for Criterion. Hillary graduated magna cum laude with a BA in Psychology & Anthropology from the University of Notre Dame. Hillary joined Criterion in 2003.
Sara Parr
Director of Operations
Ms. Parr is responsible for operations, reporting, and back office functions for Criterion. Prior to joining Criterion in 2007, Sara managed operations for a media software company. Sara graduated summa cum laude from Cal Poly San Luis Obispo with a BS in Psychology.
Cortney Smith
Senior Fund Accountant
Mr. Smith is responsible for accounting and operations for Criterion. Cortney’s previous experience includes auditing hedge funds as an audit senior at Rothstein Kass. Cortney received a BS in Accounting from Brigham Young University. Cortney joined Criterion in 2012.
Jessa Cook
Compliance
Ms. Cook joined Criterion in 2010. Jessa works alongside Hillary Dwight in Compliance and additionally assists Criterion’s Investor Relations team. Jessa graduated magna cum laude from Arizona State University in the spring of 2009 where she received her BIS in Business and Communication.
