Ms. Cook is part of Criterion’s business development team, where she assists in the overall marketing of Criterion. Prior to joining Criterion in 2010, Jessa was Marketing Coordinator with Watermark Communities. Jessa graduated magna cum laude from Arizona State University in the spring of 2009 where she received her BIS in Business and Communication.
Monica Farris
Executive Assistant
Ms. Farris joined Criterion in 2011 with years of administrative experience at MOTO Development Group and Cisco Systems. Monica graduated with a BA in Psychology from De La Salle University, Manila.
Karen Johnson
Executive Assistant
Ms. Johnson joined Criterion in 2011 with years of administrative experience, previously in the field of civil litigation. Karen graduated with a BA in Criminal Justice from San Francisco State University in 2003.
Natalie Kershaw
Receptionist
Ms. Kershaw joined Criterion in 2011 and is currently completing her undergraduate degree from Brigham Young University. Natalie has responsibility for administrative and receptionist duties.
Kjerste Lee

Ms. Lee brings years of administrative experience, joining the team in 2006 from Saints Venture Capital LLC. Kjerste received her BA in Business Finance with a minor in International Business from the University of Wisconsin Eau Claire.
Kellen Okada

Ms. Okada joined our administrative team in 2007 from Kathleen Avery Fine Art. Kellen graduated cum laude from the University of Wisconsin Eau Claire with a BS in Elementary Education.
